Sorry, Monica's subscription membership and Monica Open API operate under separate systems designed for different use cases. You will still need to add funds to your Open API account to use the API.

What happens to my data when I use Monica Open API?

No, your balance will not be deducted if your API call fails. Only successful API calls will deduct from your balance.

Sorry, Monica Open API does not support refunds. Our responses are generated by LLMs or other AI technologies, and there may be cases where the outcome doesn't meet your expectations. We recommend starting with a small amount of funds to test the service before making larger payments.

How do you handle AI-generated content that is sexual, violent, or harmful?

Monica Open API does not support generating sexual, violent, or other inappropriate content. We also implement technical measures to prevent the generation of such content. If you encounter any of such content that generated by our API, please contact us, and we will address the issue promptly.
